Carl Shanahan, President
After working as an Account Executive with American Television in NYC and as an aide to Senator Joe Lieberman, Carl joined the Shamrock team 30 years ago as VP of Sales. Over the years, he has helped guide ShamrockClean from a local commercial cleaning company in Connecticut to a large regional business serving markets up and down the east coast from Boston to Tampa. As President, Carl is responsible for all aspects of the company, from strategic planning to customer satisfaction. Customer service and quality control are his number one priority and have resulted in continuous business growth and loyal customer relationships that exceed thirty years.
Craig Gonzales, Vice President of Business Development
Craig brings over 20 years of business experience to his role as Vice President of Business Development for Shamrock’s Corporate Operations. He is responsible for the overall growth of ShamrockClean’s service portfolio as well as the development of marketing and sales functions. Prior to joining ShamrockClean, Craig spent his professional career managing the marketing and sales of investment products in the mutual and hedge fund industries in Pennsylvania and Florida.
Juan Escobar, Southeast Regional Operations Manager
Juan has been a leader and trusted manager at ShamrockClean for more than 18 years. As Southeast Regional Operations Manager, Juan is responsible for the acquisition and deployment of equipment and materials, and the hiring and management of human resources. His responsibilities include P&L management for ShamrockClean’s southeast region, quality assurance/quality control, and customer service.
